What surprised you most about Frederick?

Hey everyone, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $529,800 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in South area are improving. Kids love it here.
