The median home value here is around $461,500, which is pretty steep. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,383 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thanks!
