Fredonia is underrated, change my mind

Hi all, Median household income is $86,442, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.
