Starting a business in Freehold?

Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Freehold? Thanks! The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much competitive but now it's improving.
