Anyone else feel this way? Poverty rate is 9.6%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $401,900 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Would love some local perspective. Appreciate any input. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
