First post here. I've been here for 11 years and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 23,636 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
