First post here. I'm single, late 30s, and The median home value here is around $86,100, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 13.2%, which is around average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
