Longtime lurker here, I work in government and Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider — Fremont sits at 166.1 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
