First post here. I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $176,350 in Fremont. Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,905 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think?
