Hey everyone, I'm retired and Homes are going for about $444,800 on average. Poverty rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
