Is Fremont worth it salary-wise?

Curious what people think. I'm a 34-year-old social worker and Household incomes average around $50,974 in Fremont. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Moved here from Tampa about 4 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to pet-friendliness but Definitely worth checking out..
