Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 14 months ago and Average temperature is around 64°F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $348,500 on average. Poverty rate is 16.3%, which is higher than I expected. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
