Hi all, Military spouse here. Median household income is $136,485, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $2,345/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
