Housing in Frisco compared to Cleveland

Hey, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 68°F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $595,400, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,902/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I work in construction here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is average. No regrets on my end..

Bought a house here in 2015 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
