Housing in Frisco compared to Salt Lake City

Rent is about $1,902/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Used to live on the Greenfield side, now on the Maple Ridge side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Internet is average in most areas.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 12 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is surprisingly good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Springfield side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Lakewood area are decent. Kids love it here.
