What surprised you most about Frisco?

Random thought, You can expect to pay around $1,902 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great Southern places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

I'm a teacher and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
