Working in Frisco — salaries realistic?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $595,400, which is pretty steep. It's a a mid-size city city with about 210K people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
