Housing in Front Royal compared to Memphis

Alright, I work in real estate and Household incomes average around $64,025 in Front Royal. Poverty rate is 9.8%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $284,900 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
