Alright, Been living here since 2018. It's a a small town city with about 15,152 people. Median household income is $64,025, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $1,133/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Front Royal? The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
