Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $137,906 in Fruit Cove. What do you all think? Thanks!

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from Miami and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Old Town. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in government. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like Thai.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
