I work in government and You can expect to pay around $2,261 for rent here. Household incomes average around $137,906 in Fruit Cove. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks for reading. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
