Top 5 things I love about Fruit Heights
Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and With a population of 6,036, Fruit Heights is a small town. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $134,500 in Fruit Heights. Rent is about $1,727/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development.
