Longtime lurker here, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $361,500 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,275/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
