Co-working spaces in Fuller Heights?

Alright, I'm a 36-year-old data analyst and Crime rate is something to consider -Fuller Heights sits at 446.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? Appreciate any input. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from Boston about 5 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Close to major attractions
- Affordable housing options

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are wild, gas is average.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. No regrets on my end..
