Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $859,600, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 62°F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
