OK so Rent is about $1,381/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 16,729 people. Poverty rate is 8.9%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Fullerton sits at 30.8 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What would you do? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
