Life in Fulshear as a young professional

OK so It's a a smaller city city with about 26,986 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

The food scene here is hit or miss. Tons of great Mexican places. the quality of life is solid.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good internet infrastructure
- Four distinct seasons
- The job market scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for young professionals. Happy to answer more specific questions..

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
