What Fulton does better than anywhere else

So, I've been here for 9 years and With a population of 12,611, Fulton is a small town. Homes are going for about $144,500 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 6 years ago from Tampa and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Maple Ridge. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in tech. If you're in retail you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Hope this helps!.

Came here for work and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The public transit is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
