What I wish I knew before living in Fulton

Hey folks, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $144,500 on average. The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $831/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Pros:
- Growing food scene
- Good healthcare facilities
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Cold winters
- Sprawl everywhere
- Boring for young people
- Far from major airports
Should I be concerned? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
