What Fulton does better than anywhere else
Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 18.5%, which is higher than I expected. Median household income is $52,123, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's a a small town city with about 11,339 people. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

- Good schools

- Sprawl everywhere
- Lack of diversity
- Few job opportunities in some fields
Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
