The median home value here is around $410,600, which is pretty steep. With a population of 37,749, Fuquay-Varina is a smaller city. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
