OK so Just moved here 12 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,646 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $410,600, which is pretty steep. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up.
