Fyffe is underrated, change my mind

So, We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $32,407 in Fyffe. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Used to live on the South side, now on the Riverside side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

I've lived in West for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Baltimore, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good internet infrastructure
- The public transit scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.

I've lived in Fairview for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good healthcare facilities
- The traffic scene is solid

The downsides:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Hope this helps!.

Public transit is average here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in The Heights. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in consulting. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Korean.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.
