Studio apartments in G. L. García comunidad -options?

Hello, Been living here since 2024. Homes are going for about $124,300 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great.

I work in consulting here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is tough. Hope this helps!.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if housing market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
