Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 40s, and Household incomes average around $41,214 in Gaffney. Rent is about $822/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I work in manufacturing here and the quality of life is solid. The job market for my field is decent. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Austin it's pretty good.
