Gahanna is underrated, change my mind
Hey everyone, Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 35,438, Gahanna is a smaller city. Rent is about $1,442/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,442 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 35,438 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
Pros:

- Easy commute
- Strong sense of community
Cons:
- Cold winters
- Rising rent prices
- Sprawl everywhere
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Far from major airports
