Anyone else love living in Gainesville?

Hello, Household incomes average around $45,611 in Gainesville. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Gainesville? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Used to live on the The Heights side, now on the Midtown side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.
