Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Median household income is $45,611, which feels on the lower side for the area. Rent is about $1,214/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,214 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
