Hey everyone, My family moved here when I was a kid. Median household income is $107,496, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $2,008 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
