First post here. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 6.6%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a smaller city city with about 69,225 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I wrong here? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
