Housing market in Galax right now

Alright, Just moved here 18 months ago and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any help is appreciated. The suburbs are where most families end up.

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Korean places. I love the pace of life here.
