Alright, Just moved here 8 months ago and You can expect to pay around $692 for rent here. Median household income is $41,438, which feels on the lower side for the area. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $126,800 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Thanks! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
