Anyone else feel this way? We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $134,600, which is actually reasonable. Household incomes average around $57,466 in Gallup. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
