Grocery stores in Galt -recommendations?

Anyone else feel this way? Homes are going for about $465,700 on average. Rent is about $1,413/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts?

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.
