Random thought, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $294,300 on average. The median home value here is around $294,300, which seems about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Fairview area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much pricey but now it's surprisingly good.
