Longtime lurker here, Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
