Affordable areas near Gamewell?

The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to New York it's underrated.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is improving in most areas.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Downtown. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in tech. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. Feel free to reach out with questions..
