Anyone work in healthcare in Gananda?

Hey everyone, Poverty rate is 5.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Hello, Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $222,800, which is actually reasonable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thanks! The suburbs are where most families end up.
