First post here. The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. The median home value here is around $156,200, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
