Thinking about relocating to Gantt from Dallas

Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $156,200 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.
